Statutory insured

If you have statutory health insurance, it is not necessary to submit a medical certificate to us. Reporting via this form is sufficient.

Privately insured

If you are covered by private insurance and have a certificate of incapacity for work from your doctor, please attach a photo as a copy of it to your sick note.

Child sick

If your child is ill and you are therefore unable to work, you can let us know via this reporting portal. You do not need to submit a medical certificate. Reporting on this page is sufficient.
